This 12 part series will explore different aspects of yoga, meditation, and sensory experience from a scientific perspective. It is open to the curious student of any level. You can take one class, or all twelve. You decide on your program and what is relevant to you!

Your gluteal muscles and hamstrings are large, powerful muscles that can affect each other and other muscles in the area. We will learn the function of these muscles in standing, walking and running. We will then learn how to alternately stretch and engage them within healthy limits. Finding health and balance in these muscles can improve back pain, mobility issues, and even insomnia!
