Franklin native Sara Doyle (PhD, RYT500) will teach a level 2 (intermediate) class and then answer questions about her popular Yoga Alliance registered Yoga Teacher Training program that she is bringing to Franklin.
Sara has been practicing yoga since 2001 and teaching classes, workshops and trainings since 2008. She believes that yoga should be fun, safe, and accessible to every body. Her classes are physically challenging and energetic. She teaches a variety of different levels, from basics to advanced. Sara provides clear verbal and physical adjustments to allow the body to discover each pose and each moment. Her goal is to allow the practice to speak for itself.
